1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and klbet5 ("Platform", "we"). By registering an account, making a deposit, or using any service provided by klbet5, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions contained in this document.

3. Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register and maintain one active account only. Registering multiple accounts under the same user, whether using different personal details or different payment methods, constitutes a breach of these terms and will result in the closure of all associated accounts.

Registration Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, and current. This information includes full name, identity card number (MyKad), mobile phone number, and an active email address. Providing false information is grounds for account closure without notice.

Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their account password. klbet5 will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately via live chat or email.

4. Deposits and Payments

klbet5 supports a range of payment methods to make depositing funds into your account straightforward. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

klbet5 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from fraudulent activity or unlawful sources. All successful deposits will be credited to your account automatically once transaction verification has been completed.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your klbet5 account will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes once the withdrawal request has been approved by our finance team. The minimum amount per withdrawal is RM100.

Withdrawal Conditions

• The account must have completed the full identity verification (KYC) process.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to platform policy.
• Bonus withdrawals require wagering requirements to be met before they are permitted.
• klbet5 reserves the right to request additional documents for verification of large withdrawal amounts.

Any attempt to withdraw before bonus wagering requirements are met will result in the bonus and related winnings being voided. The original deposit balance can still be withdrawn.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

Welcome Bonus

New members are eligible to receive a 120% welcome bonus on their first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. The wagering requirement is 20 times the bonus amount received.

Calculation example: If you deposit RM100, the bonus received is RM120, bringing your account balance to RM220. The wagering requirement to fulfil is RM120 × 20 = RM2,400 before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Loyal klbet5 members are eligible to join the VIP programme, which consists of five tiers. The more active you are on the platform, the higher the VIP tier you can reach, with greater weekly cashback benefits:

• Gold — weekly cashback of up to 0.9%
• Platinum — weekly cashback of up to 1.2%
• Diamond — weekly cashback of up to 1.5%

VIP tier progression is determined by your betting activity over time. Each tier provides higher cashback benefits as a reward for loyal members.

7. Game Rules

All games available on the klbet5 platform, including online slots, live casino, sports betting and boxing betting, have individual rules that must be followed. Users are advised to read the rules of each game before placing a bet.

Game Results

The results of all games are final once a round or match has concluded. klbet5 is not liable for any game results affected by internet connection disruptions on the user's end.

Betting Limits

klbet5 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum betting limits for any game at any time. These limits may vary depending on the game type, the user's VIP tier, and ongoing promotions.

8. Account Closure

klbet5 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is a breach of these terms, or for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or account verification.
• Involvement in fraudulent activity, system manipulation, or collusion with other users.
• Abuse of klbet5 bonuses or promotions.
• Found to be under 21 years of age.
• Actions deemed to compromise the security or integrity of the platform.

Users may also close their own account on request by contacting the support team via live chat or email. Any valid account balance will be returned to the user once all conditions have been met.

9. Limitation of Liability

klbet5 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of expected winnings from any bet.
• Service disruption due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Unauthorised access to a user's account resulting from the user's own negligence.
• Betting outcomes influenced by information obtained from external sources.

10. Amendments to Terms
